The Ingredients
12 cups kale pieces torn from stems
1 red pepper thinly sliced
Lemon Dressing;
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, squeezed
1/4 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp honey
Make it
Combine dressing ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake well before pouring over the kale and red pepper in a large bowl. Best if allowed to marinate overnight, as the dressing will soften the kale and make it very flavorful. ENJOY!!
